Shipping Rates
Free standard shipping on all orders over $50. Orders under $50 ship for a flat rate of $5.99. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Delivery Time
Standard shipping: 3–5 business days after processing.
Expedited shipping: 1–3 business days after processing.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier conditions. Wyld is not responsible for carrier delays due to weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Where We Ship
THC products (gummies and sparkling waters) are available for shipping only to states where they are legally permitted. Our checkout system automatically verifies shipping eligibility based on your delivery address.
We do not currently ship internationally. We do not ship to P.O. boxes for THC products.
Discreet Packaging
All orders arrive in plain, unbranded packaging with no external indication of the contents. Your privacy is important to us. Return address labels use our business name only — no product references.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and link. You can also check your order status anytime by logging into your account on our website.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your package arrives damaged or fails to arrive within 10 business days of the expected delivery date, please contact our support team. We’ll investigate with the carrier and work to resolve the issue — which may include reshipping your order or issuing a refund.
