30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unopened, undamaged products for a full refund.
Eligibility
Not eligible for return: Opened or partially consumed products, items damaged by the customer, products purchased more than 30 days ago, or items purchased from third-party retailers (contact the retailer directly).
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll either reship the correct product or issue a full refund — your choice.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within one business day with return instructions and a prepaid shipping label (for eligible returns).
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item and confirm its condition, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take an additional 5–10 business days to post the refund to your statement.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you’d like a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement by contacting our support team. Once an order has entered processing or shipped, it cannot be cancelled — please use our standard return process instead.
